The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division and the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) have completed a review of the testing information submitted by Quantasoft, s.r.o. The FBI certifies that the Quantasoft, s.r.o. implementation tested and identified above meets the accuracy requirements in the WSQ Grayscale Fingerprint Image Compression Specification, Version 3.
